These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wdpak platform. Please read every section carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to register. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one active wdpak account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Requirements are stated at the point of offer.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software and any form of fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld until identity documents are submitted and approved.
wdpak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wdpak ("wdpak", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://wdpak.cam (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before winnings derived from that bonus can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory or region from which access to the Platform is restricted by operator policy or applicable law. |
| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the primary account currency supported by the Platform for Pakistani users. |
Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal gambling age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of the User's own jurisdiction, whichever is greater. wdpak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to be held by an underage person.
You may only register an Account if you are not prohibited from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have independently verified that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you. wdpak expressly disclaims all liability arising from use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is unlawful.
Each individual person may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. wdpak may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances therein.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to register:
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an Account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
wdpak operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing any withdrawal, wdpak may require you to submit supporting documents including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wdpak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify wdpak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting wdpak's support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified Account at the time of closure will be refunded subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC completion. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering cycle will be forfeited upon account closure.
wdpak accepts deposits through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as digital wallet methods commonly used in Pakistan. Cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT are also accepted where enabled. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
Payment provider names (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are referenced for user familiarity and context only. They do not imply endorsement of gambling, affiliation with wdpak, or support for gambling transactions by any such institution.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier section. wdpak targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Accounts may be maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wdpak does not guarantee any specific currency conversion rate where a deposit or withdrawal requires conversion. Any applicable conversion fees will be disclosed prior to the transaction being completed.
wdpak reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by wdpak are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable real-money funds, you must complete the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus. The wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are stated in the individual bonus terms. Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — typically: slots contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute a lower percentage, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
wdpak reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing hedged bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; or exploiting system errors.
Certain promotions carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through Bonus Funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
wdpak reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes situations where a bet is placed on an event for which a result is already known, where odds have been posted in error, or where the maximum liability threshold has been reached.
Minimum and maximum bet/stake limits are displayed within the Platform for each market, game or event. These limits may be adjusted at any time and may differ between user accounts at wdpak's discretion.
Bets may be voided where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; odds were manifestly erroneous at the time of placement; or where the rules of the relevant sport or governing body provide for settlement to be void. Voided bets are returned to the placing Account as real-money funds at the original stake value.
Pakistan cricket markets — including ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series, and Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures — are governed by the standard sports betting rules applicable to the relevant format. Settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or PSL organisers as applicable). wdpak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of PCB, ICC, or the PSL.
All casino games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live studio feeds from third-party providers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage applicable to each game is displayed within the game information panel. The house edge and game volatility are published to help users make informed decisions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of wdpak.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wdpak and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. wdpak's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to their validity, breach or termination — shall in the first instance be referred to wdpak's customer support team for informal resolution.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a dispute being raised, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the operator's licensing authority. wdpak does not accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to Platform-related disputes, and makes no representation that the Platform or its services comply with Pakistani law.
wdpak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, wdpak will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
